Ukraine, Georgia to simplify travels of their citizens to both countries
The Government of Ukrainian has backed a draft agreement on traveling with Georgia with ID Cards.
The sides are going to sign a relevant agreement during the visit of delegations of the two countries in New York at the UN General Assembly session.
Earlier, the Ambassador of Ukraine to Georgia told journalists in Kyiv that the Ukrainian side had already approved and handed the documents on mutual trips of citizens with biometric internal passports (ID cards) to Georgian counterparts.
At present, the agreement of 1999 on the visa-free movement is in force between Georgia and Ukraine.
